Gambling Commission Compliance

At Diamond Leisure, regulatory compliance, transparency and responsible operation sit at the core of everything we do. As a long-term supplier of commercial gaming and amusement machines, we operate in strict accordance with UK gambling legislation and the standards set by the UK Gambling Commission.

This page is intended to provide venue operators, licensing authorities and partners with clear assurance of our compliance-led approach.

Fully Licensed & Regulated Operator

Diamond Leisure supplies and manages gaming and amusement machines in accordance with the Gambling Act 2005, associated statutory instruments, and relevant Gambling Commission guidance.

Where required, we operate under the appropriate UK Gambling Commission licences, and ensure that all machines supplied to venues are:

  • Correctly categorised (including AWP and other permitted machine types)

  • Supplied only to suitable and approved premises

  • Operated in line with national legislation and local authority conditions

We actively monitor regulatory changes to ensure continued compliance and work collaboratively with venue operators to help them meet their own licensing obligations.

  • Hold any required premises licences, permits or exemptions

  • Ensure machines are sited and operated only in approved areas

  • Comply with all local council and licensing authority conditions

  • Take reasonable steps to prevent underage gambling and misuse

We provide practical guidance where appropriate and reserve the right to suspend or remove equipment if regulatory, licensing or reputational risks are identified.
