4. Pricing & Payment

Any prices displayed or quoted are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Pricing may vary depending on the type of equipment, location, contract terms, and profit-sharing agreements.

Full terms regarding payment, profit share, and invoicing are set out in individual contracts.

5. Zero-Cost Hire

Where advertised, “zero-cost hire” or “free machine hire” refers to equipment being supplied without upfront cost to the venue, typically under a shared-revenue model. Machines remain the property of Diamond Leisure Ltd unless otherwise agreed in writing. Further details will be outlined in the signed hire agreement.

6. Equipment Ownership & Liability

All machines and equipment remain the property of Diamond Leisure Ltd unless purchased outright by the customer.

Venues are responsible for ensuring:

  • The safe operation of the equipment while on their premises

  • Adequate space and access for installation and maintenance

  • Prompt reporting of faults or issues

  • Protection against theft, loss, or damage

Diamond Leisure is responsible for ongoing maintenance and repair during the hire period, with service callouts typically attended within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Service & Support

We aim to provide fast and reliable service support to all clients. While we strive to attend service callouts promptly, timescales may vary depending on location, issue severity, and availability. Emergency breakdowns are prioritised.

Service response times are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in your hire agreement.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Diamond Leisure Ltd or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.
